An original creation for the story I'm currently writing. He dubbed The Twitch, and acts as the main antagonist. An unstable, manic, slightly sadistic being created from TV static. His ultimate goal is to absorb all energy in the galaxy. Due to this fact, he is quite evil and insane
I decided to submit it as a animation because a still picture didn't seem to do him justice. So here he is.
Done in pencil by DWM, scanned in and finished in Photoshop by myself.
